Snatches – EMOM 8
Start at 40% and increase by 5# each minute

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Pushups
20 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
30 Double Unders

Intermediate
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
7 Strict Handstand Pushups
14 Kettlbell Swings 70/55
42 Double Unders

    Deadlifts: Did about 40 @ 275#

    Back Squats 135#x5, 185#x5, 225#x5, 2 sets 275#x5, then did singles up to a PR of 340#

    Front rack front step lunges @ 155#. 5 sets of 6 reps

    4×10 on the GHD.
