  4. started off with mondays wod – 4:43 rx’d. that was fun.

    strength 205 x 5 x 5

    daily wod – 7 rounds even scaled, with one set of burpees. this is down form a practice run with 7 + 4 no burpees a couple of week ago. however, my forearms were murdered form wod 1.

    a few back squats to cap off the day.
