  1. Strength: 105#, though I didn’t do them all. My collar bones were getting smashed and I didn’t want to sacrifice form.

    WOD: A slow 4+14, 50# KBS, 35#GS.

  2. WOD: 7+3, 70# + HR Pushups. My first real WOD in about 6 days.. i had lots of energy. Pushups were by far the slowest part.. i was pretty quick on the KB swings and Goblets.

    Strength: Worked on Snatches. Worked up to 185# with success, then failed a lot at 195#.

    Did some work on Muscle Ups on the rings, as well Butterflies.

    Shout out to Meg who got 3 strict MUPs! and Brendan got his first ring MUP!

  3. WOD 6+9 @ 55#….ended up as fun little race with Chris who got me by 2 reps 😛
    Awesome effort by the power hour today.

    Excited to hit 3 strict ring muscle-ups tonight! And shout out to Brendan who got his ring MUP’s!
