Deadlift 5x5x1@70%

AMRAP 12 of:
6 Pull-ups
12 Burpee Over Box 24/20
No rest between rounds.

AMRAP 12 of:
3 Ring Muscle Ups
10 Burpee Over Box 24/20

Rest exactly 30 seconds between each round. Post fastest and slowest rounds. This is a sprint.


  1. Strength: worked on sq. snatches in preparation for this weekend. PR @ 195#!

    WOD: 3+2 using the ring mups. Slowest was 3:00 fastest was 2:05. Pumped i’m finally starting to get more mups. need to work on dips now as i failed a lot of the dip portion of the mup.

  2. Strength: deadlifts @ 245#

    WOD: 6 + 12 for the pullup option. Burpees over box took a bit of my soul! Great work everyone!

  3. Strength – Testing out wrist and tried heavy S2O for the first time in months. Called it a day at 245#.

    WOD A – 6 rounds even

    Burpee’s over box are just…Yuck!
