  1. Too tired from WOD to type…argh.

    Strength – 3 rounds with 75# and 2 rounds with 80#.

    I chose A from the WOD menu with HR pushups and low-bar pullups. 5 + 4.

    Wod 4 rounds + 40! Great job 4:30 group! 20 mins are always a fun one… Yea right! 😉
