    Wod A- 11:16 with 105# for deadlifts

    WOD A 14:10 with 275# Deads and Bar Facing Burpee’s.

  4. Worked on split jerks before the wod up to 170#. Then daily squat.

    First set of deads felt great. Touch and go in sets of 5. 2nd set I had to break up a little more.

    Great effort by the evening crews tonight!
