    WOD – 4 + 12 with toes to rings

    Those 75# push presses were heavy. Argh.
    Good news – the box didn’t chew my shins today. Probably because I threatened to yak on it if I wonked my already bruise-tastic shins.

    Toes to rings – an acquired taste.

    Good stuff noon peeps – have fun at 6am.
