  2. The backsquat-thruster combo day was not great. I thought it was not bad until I bent down to tie my shoes and my legs almost gave out on me! Lol

    Kept it light on account of shoulders and knees… finished 6 rounds even with 75# thrusters. Nice work power hour!

    It wasn’t as bad as I expected, but I think it was the lack of strength…
