    Cashout: pushing Scotty U’s van out of the parking spot where he was stuck (??)
    Shoulders a little fatigued from yesterday presses and a long swim so went light. Nice work Power Hour!!

  4. Strength – up to 175# for the deadlifts

    WOD – 12:36 or something like that with a 35# KB. I think I get extra effort points for using one of the no-grip KBs. πŸ™‚

    I did try to break things up a bit today so that my grip and forearms didn’t get torched like with the 50kb/wb/burpee pyramid of doom last week.
