Power Clean 5x2x1 – Find today’s Max 

A. 3 Rounds B. 5 Rounds. (20 Min Cap For Both)

  • 8 KB Snatches (choose appropriate for you)
  • 12 Pull Ups
  • 16 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20


  1. Strength – worked up to 115#, which is a PR. huh.

    WOD – no option for 3 rounds was offered in the cruel lunchtime session, so five it was. 19:35 – just under the cap, with 20# KBs. Woot!

    (Was focused so hard on not killing myself on the boxjumps, that I forgot the initial burpee at least twice. Nothing like a do-over. Good.times.)

  2. Strength — #225 2 rep max today.

    WOD – 4+27 (missed time cap by 9 reps)
    (70# KB, un-broken Butterflies, 30″BBJ)

    Played the burpee game with Tom and Amy today. Come off the bar during butterflies = 3 penalty burps #hateful.

    Great job today by power hour.
