  1. Back Squat – 95# – light day, but that’s all there was in the tank. Damn Open.

    WOD A – 147 at 10 min cap. World’s.Slowest.Pushups.

    Good stuff noon folks and extra good stuff to the brave souls taking on 15.5 at lunch. Best part about 15.5? It’s done. 🙂
