  • 60 Singles/20 Double Unders
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
  • 20 Overhead Walking Lunges 25/15

B. 5 Rounds

  • 20 Double Unders 
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings 70/55

    This wod was a lot harder than originally anticipated!

    Worked up to last 2 sets at 90#

    Wod B 13:12 Rxd + overhead lunges using 35# bar

  4. Stretching , rolling and lacrosse ball during strength! Felt good and much needed!! Wod A- 12:10, much harder than expected, but a good one 😉 great job nooners:)
