    WOD: 8:33 with burpee box jumps
    Nice work power hour! Nice to get the outdoor run for warmup – ’tis the season finally!!

    WOD: 10:32 with burpee box jumps (like it was optional 🙂 )

    My cashout was semi-sad due to arm/shoulder stuff and I probably owe more burpees than I care to think about….
