  • Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 75/55
  • Box Jumps 24/20
  • Push Press – same as above

  1. Pre-wod 2:33…butterflies are starting to feel better.

    Wod : 306
    Unfortunately not a PR…legs were much more tired from Spring Flinging than I thought once I got going.

    Great job to a small but mighty power hour!

    Strength – Squats @ 205#

    WOD – =o) Took the 30# WB for a spin on this one and got quick lesson in having to make an accurate throw. Nice raspberry on the chin to remind me to focus! Ha.

    Cash out with front rack lunges.
