Pre-WOD – 20 Burpees for time. Rest 1 minute and repeat trying to beat previous time

Strength – Clean and Jerk 5x2x1 Work up to heavy

WOD

AMRAP 7

  • 7 Thruster A. 75/55 B. 95/65
  • 7 Pull Ups

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP 7

  • 7 Front Squats – same as above
  • 7 Burpees

    20 Burps – 38 secs (with witnesses HA!)

  2. Well, this was unpleasant.

    20 burpees ~ 1 minute

    Clean + Jerk: worked up from 85#, max 115# clean + jerk, 120# clean (new PR). I must say the 120# clean was ug-ly.

    WOD 1 -B, with purple/red band combo for pullups (which sucked), 4+2
    WOD 2 – B, 5+3

    Note to self – gym is already hot; find shorts!
