  • 10 Walking Lunges. KB overhead or Golblet position
  • 10 V-Snaps

Strength. 

Pendlay Row 5x10x1 work at moderate weight. Bar touches floor between reps. Back straight. No assistance from body to lift. Extremely static position

  • 1 Rope Climb/5 Strict Pull Ups
  • 10 Deadlifts 125/95

B. AMRAP 15

  • 1 Legless Rope Climb
  • 10 Deadlifts 225/155
