  • 40 Pushups
  • 40 Pullups
  • 30 Power Cleans 95/65
  • 30 Push Press 95/65
  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 20 Burpees

B. Teams of 2, For Time

  • 40 Handstand Pushups
  • 40 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
  • 30 Power Cleans 135/95
  • 30 Shoulder-to-Overhead 135/95
  • 20 Pullups
  • 20 Burpees

    Partnered with Sarah 🙂 did wod A- 9:35! Could not stay on the bar for last round of pull-ups- so sweaty!!! Great job everyone.
