Back Squat 5x2x1 @ 75%

WOS

A.
“The Chief”
As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans 135/95
6 Pushups
9 Squats
– rest 1 minute –
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

 

B.
“The Master Chief”
As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans 165/115
3 Handstand Pushups
10 Pistols alt.
– rest 1 minute –
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

    Back squats at 95# and 110#
    WOD A 17+2

    This was a blast! Hard to believe the squats were the worst part 🙂

    Props to those who took on B, lots of pistols! And HSPU for Tasha, she did 6 instead of 3 every round! Beast! 🙂

    This was a great wod. Really kept you moving! The pistols were never ending…140 of them. Yikes. Oh well, I didn’t need to walk for the next few days anyway :p

    Strength: Squats up to 295#

    WOD A. “The Cheif” 20 Rounds @ Rx’d. (completed rounds only) Almost finished an extra round on the 5th set but just missed…Blah. Next time.

    Cash out: 50-30# WB’s and 100 weighted lunges…

    Great noon crew today attacking the wod’s…Awesome!

    pre-WOD 5:42

    Back squats at 110#, with some partner switching. 🙂

    WOD A: 15+5

    Little sweaty at the end of this we were…yikes.

    Strength used 110 for back squats. Lovely little warmup for the wod 🙂
    Wod A- 17 + 2 , tried to catch mike H, but not possible ! Great job 5:30 crew !

    Strength: backsquats @ 155#
    WOD A: 19+ 1 Rx
    This was not the greatest WOD to try 20 minutes after a full meal of lasagna but I survived! I don’t remember my score from last April when we did this but I’m pretty sure I crushed it this time! Great job 5:30!
