  3. Turkish get-ups with 25# – more of a coordination effort than something I counted. 0 drops of the KB = win.

    Strength – Front Squats at 90#

    WOD A: 15:16 I think; with 105# and toes to rings.

    Big group at noon today – nice work. Kept moving to keep warm really. 🙂
