    All my time was eaten up by slow, chicken-wingy muscle ups. Blah. No excuse to not be more efflcient at these.

  2. I was planning on being there at lunch to do this but I feel down the stairs on my way out of work and spent the next couple of hours at the Regional 🙁

  3. Pre wod- 1000m run instead of rowing. Not sure my time because I started before the clock!
    Strength – push press #65
    Wod A rx’d- 10:28! Tried to stay with MJ the whole time ! That was killer. Brittainy you did amazing ! You flew through that! Great job everyone 😉

  4. Almost didn’t make it but when I saw the WOD knew I had to come! One of my favourites!
    Pre-WOD: also did a 1000m run instead of row, not sure of the time either as I did it during everyone else’s strength time
    WOD: 8:12 A
