A. 4 rounds of:

  • 25 Wallballs 20/14
  • 50 Walking Lunges
  • 75 Single Skips

B. 4 Rounds of:

  • 25 *UNBROKEN* Wall Balls 20/14
  • 50 Walking Lunges
  • 75 Double Unders 

** Unbroken means if you stop or drop the ball you reset reps to 0 and start over with the wall balls. A no-rep doesn’t break reps if you continue on without hesitation. You simply carry on with crediting the good reps

    Strength- 5x3x1 using 65lbs for strict presses
    Wod A with double unders 20:24. Loved hated this one! Tried to keep up with Elisha! 😀 great job nooners!

    Pre-WOD: just tried to do doubleunders for 5 minutes… no idea how many (or few :P)
    Strength: 60#
    WOD: 17:23 A with a 12# WB… was going to try to do them unbroken… only worked for round 1. Forget about it after all those lunges! Leg burner!
