    Strength – 135# Snatches

    WOD – 10:?? (30# WB, 80# KB)

    Cash out – Front Squats up to 315#

    Sweaty one today…Whew!

  2. Pre wod A 3 rounds doing negatives instead of pullups!

    Strength: 65# snatches (working on that jump!)

    • Wod: 8:49 #40 KB and goblet squats instead of Wallballs.

    Snatches for strength 60#
    Used 45kb and 14wb 8:21! Nice and sweaty 😉 great work on this hot evening everyone!
