  • 15 Burpee Pullups

Strength – Overhead Squat 5x5x1@60%

WOD

A. CrossFit Games Open WOD 15.2 – Scaled

For as long as possible:

From 0:00 – 3:00

Two rounds of:

  • 6 Overhead Squats 65/45
  • 6 Pullups

From 3:00-6:00
Two rounds of:

  • 8 Overhead Squats
  • 8 Pullups

…continue adding two reps for every 3 minute interval until you are no longer able to complete the required work in the window.
B. CrossFit Games Open Workout 15.2

For as long as possible:
From 0:00 – 3:00

Two rounds of:

  • 10 Overhead Squats 95/65
  • 10 Chest-to-Bar Pullups

From 3:00 – 6:00

  • 12 Overhead Squats
  • 12 Chest-to-Bar Pullups

… continue adding 2 reps per interval until you are no longer able to complete the required work.

  1. Pre WOD: no idea what time… thanks Tasha for calling me out when I started doing burpee bar touches instead of burpee pullups.

    Strength: OHS @ 75#

    WOD A: Got more than halfway into my round of 14’s for a total of 180 reps. Thanks for the push everyone! This was gross, but awesome at the same time! But seriously, somebody should check on me later. 😉
