    I have no idea how many push-ups I got in for strength haha but I know I started with 9 in the first twenty seconds and ended with 4!
    Wod B- used 16lb for WB, and 80# for cleans 12:24. Sweaty!!!!! Gotta love doing the lunch class in the summer with the heat 😉
