    Wod 2+7 option B. The ring muscle ups take me a little while but the weight for the other movements felt great!

    Push press 5x5x1 @55#. Supposed to be 65# but messed up with 6am brain

    Again.. Kept 55# on the bar and didn’t realized til after. Oh well… Next time!

    Strength: did squat cleans instead to save my wrist at 65#
    WOD: 8+11 A

    I loved this WOD – although it was hard to keep going in the heat! Glad that Charlene and Matt were close to give me the extra push!
    And Christina is amazing – 5 pull-ups on her due date!! 😀
