  • Wall Balls 20/14
  • Burpees To Plate. Must stand to lockout on a plate for rep to count. Plate is to be in front of athlete. No lateral jumps. 

B. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

  • Wall Balls 30/20
  • Burpees To Plate. Same as above


  1. Pre WOD A. 2:53 then DU practice

    Deadlifts 5x5x1 @145#

    WOD A. 7:42
    Wall balls felt good today. I don’t usually say that 🙂 good class. Thanks Mike!

  2. Pre-WOD – no skipping today due to wonky calf. Quality time with the lacrosse ball – woot!

    Strength – worked up to 160#.

    WOD A – 9:14, with slight Spring Fling judging flashbacks.

  3. Pre wod- did the unbroken double unders 2:20? I can’t remember exactly! Strength – deadlifts up to 135lbs
    Wod A – 8:19 tried to keep up with Steve the whole time! awesome work 4:30 group!

  4. Pre-WOD: Attempted double unders for 5 minutes… Best string was 6 in a row. Really trying to string together instead of the double-single I have been doing. Exhausting haha! Karen is amazing.
    Strength: 125-145-155-165×5, 175×3
    WOD: 7:58 A Rx. So hard to keep going! I think I should start hitting the 6 am just for the temperature!
