PreWOD – 500m Row with a twist.

  • Pull Ups


  1. Pre Wod 400m run – new PR at 1:40!!!

    Strength BSquat at #125

    WOD: this was my first time doing Fran with more than an empty bar, and I used the #65, definitely a new PR for me

    time 10:04 (still struggling with my pullups, but some significant progress!!!)

  2. Pre wod- rowing;) ended up doing 6 burpees , but I had just walked in, no warming up, so that’ll be my excuse haha!
    Fran—- 9:22 rx- never done this with 65 before, last time was 9:17 with 50lbs and a band! Yay! Great job everyone 🙂
