A. 500 Single Skips B. 200 Double Unders

Strength – Power Snatch + Overhead Squat 5x1x1 – Build up in weight

WOD

A. For Time: 20 min Cap

  • 1000m Row/Run
  • 100 Squats
  • 80 AbMat Situps
  • 60 Kettlebell Swing 55/35
  • 40 HR Push Ups
  • 20 Pull Ups

B. For Time – 20 Min Cap

  • 1000m Row/Run
  • 50 Pistols
  • 40 Toes 2 Bar
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 20 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
  • 10 Handstand Push Ups

  1. Pre-wod- double unders 4:11… Felt so uncoordinated this morning
    Strength– started at 55, ended with 65 🙂
    Wod A- 19:50….. 6am is gross haha! Great job Eddie, Patrick, mj and Amy!!

  2. pre-WOD: 4:58 for A; bonus! tight calfs! (calves?)

    Strength: worked up to 90# (new PR for both snatch and OHS). woot!

    WOD: 19:59 A with rowing and ring rows. Had to switch to 30# KB as I had one of the f97$%^ 35# with no grip. gr.

    Good stuff people – big crowd at noon today. 🙂
