  • 21 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
  • 12 Pull Ups

B. Angry Helen

  • 400 m Run
  • 21 Kettlebell Swings 70/55
  • 12 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups

    Strength: worked up to 125# on the snatches (a PR – obviously haven’t worked on these much lately!)

    WOD: Helen Rx @ 10:21… also a PR, yay!

    Great work power hour – a big group in today working their a$$ off!

    Strength: stayed at 65# to work on form
    Helen with bar rows: 9:27
    Back squats to 155# and 10 negative pull ups

    Fun morning!

    Snatch and hang snatch 5×1 60lbs, felt light but worked on technique 😉
    Helen- got a PR:) 13:13- last time it was 14:10 with a #1 band! Ohhhhhhhh miss MJ (Mary Jane) you said you were gonna beat my time and post it here ! Hope to see a PR for you too! Great job 4:30 crew!
