PreWOD – Work on Turkish GetUps for 10min

Strength – Front Sq 5x5x1@ 75%

WOD 

A. Two rounds for time:

  • 20 Pushups
  • 20 Pullups
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
  • 20 Sit-ups 
  • 50 Squats

B. For Time:

  • 30 Handstand Push Ups
  • 40 Pull-ups
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
  • 60 Sit-ups
  • 70 Burpees
