EMOM 10 

  • 5/3 Burpees
  • Max Thrusters remainder of minute 65/45

WOD

Team Cindy – AMRAP 20

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squats

One teammate does pulls ups, then next teammate does them. Move on to push ups then squats in same order. 

So it looks like 5-5, 10-10, 15-15

Count for each other. Hold the standards for one another.
