  • 30 sec Handstand Hold

WOD

  • 200 Single Skips
  • 15 Hang Power Snatches 75/55
  • 50 Wall Balls 20/14

B. 3 Rounds

  • 75 Double Unders
  • 15 Hang Power Snatches 135/95
  • 50 Wall Balls 20/14
