  • 30 Double Unders (60 singles)
  • 30 Thrusters 95/65
  • 10 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
  • 30 Double Jnders
  • 20 Thrusters
  • 20 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
  • 30 Double Unders 
  • 10 Thrusters
  • 30 Lateral Burpees Over Bar

Score is time or reps

B. For Time (12 min time cap)

  • 20 Thrusters 115/75
  • 20 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
  • 30 Double Unders 
  • 10 Thrusters 135/85
  • 30 Lateral Burpees Over Bar

Weight must be adjusted BEFORE moving on to Burpees. Reps don’t count unless this is done. Multiple 5# plates on each end is not allowed.
