PreWOD – AMRAP 5 Cindy (5 Pull Up, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats)

Strength – Deadlift 5x3x1@75%

WOD 

AMRAP 10

  • 10 Burpees 
  • 20 Wall Balls A. 20/14 B. 30/20

  1. Pre-WOD had to be modified a bit due to my forearms being ON FIRE. So, I did pushups/situps/squats for 5 rounds.

    Strength – box steps ups with 35#, the 45#, 3×10 (’cause deadlifts were not happening).

    WOD A: 4 + 3 (true story, wallballs hurt my arms) (no, I will not suck it up) (meh)

    Strength: deadlifts to 285#
    WOD: 4+15 again!
