    Started with 35# kb and tried snatching them. It was too much but still wanted to practice snatch so used 25#
    Pull-ups were switched for negatives
    I’m gonna feel that later

    Pre WOD: 3:21 w/50#KB. I can see the snatch version saving some time with a little work.
