  • 3 Strict Deficit HSPU
  • 6 Front Sq 135/95

    Wod B- 4 + 5 with strict and kip hspu

    Tomorrow’s a rest day for sure. 12k trail race at Rockwood Saturday if the trails haven’t all washed away.

    Deadlift = 135#/155#/165# – some combination of these 🙂

    WOD A = 6+3 (oh my poor noodle-arms on the wallballs; burny, burny)
