    Got to see everyone except the 6am crew take this one on today. Great effort by everyone! And big Happy Birthday to Mike H who took in his tire flips after the wod!

  4. Loved this one! Was a bit late (that bridge can’t be done soon enough!) so did the pre-WOD while everyone was doing strength.
