    Really wanted to finish those last 5 jerks for an even 5 rounds…but nope, not tonight :p

    Loving the huge 430 classes! Great push by everyone tonight.

    Liked the max push-ups – went with standard rather than off knee

    WOD 4 + 32 a. Option

    Really wanted the full 5 rounds but was sucking air at the end ! Great work 430 😊
