  • Burpees

  • Ring Dips

    Strength after – back squats 85lbs 5×5 and push jerk for two rounds same weight
    Great job noon crew !

    Went down in weight to try and be more consistent. It worked! Go figure lol

    WOD A. With negative pull ups

    Good size group at 5:30. Giving 4:30 a run for its money 😉
