  • 20 Burpees

Strength – Back Squats 5x5x1@70%

WOD

  • 60 Walking Lunge Steps
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 400m Run
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Pullups

B. For Time – 20 min cap

  • 80 Squats
  • 70 Pushups
  • 60 Pistols (alt)
  • 50 Calorie Row
  • 40 Single Arm Overhead Squats 45/30
  • 30 Handstand Pushups
  • 20 Thrusters 95/65

    Really liked this workout- except the push-ups, but I broke them into 10 sets of 7 – which seemed easier 🙂

    ugh, the pushups! Lot of work in this one, probably a good thing considering how cold it was in the gym! Great work power hour!!
