  • 12 Deadlifts A. 115/85 B. 135/95
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans

    Presses 5×5 @55# with one round of 3 due to laughing

    WOD 3 rounds+24 reps
    Used 85# for 2 rounds then had a hard time getting under the bar this morning so dropped to 75#

    Strength- did after the wod but 55lbs for presses
    Wod A 85lbs – 3 + 18, the hang cleans were so awful! Awesome job everyone 😉

    WOD A: 4+18… wanted to do the B weight so bad but my traps were so sore from The Shootout! Awesome WOD!
