  • 20 Wall Balls 20/14

B. AMRAP 12

  • 10 C2B Pull Ups
  • 10 Power Snatches 95/65

    Strength; deadlifts to 255#
    WOD: 3 + 36
    Should have got 4 rounds but dogged it at the end. This was a tough one! Way to go Power Hour!!
