Strength – Front Sq 5x3x1@80%

WOD

AMRAP 6

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squats

Then immediately

AMRAP 6

  • 10 Toes 2 Bar
  • 15 Goblet Sq 55/35
  • 30 Double Unders/90 Singles

    WOD 1: Smooth work on the rings for pullups, hand release pushups. 4 rounds.
    WOD 2: Ring T2B, burpee 36″ box jumps, DU. 2+6. MOD to get my legs jumping for Ultimate tonight.

    Front Squats: Worked with Jeff (pictured above, running smoothly 😉 ). Hit a new PR of 215 (+30#)

    WOD 1: 6 + 10
    WOD 2: 3 + 8

  3. Missed the pre wod – running late !

    Strength – pr’d my front squat #170 + 15 # 😊. Might have had a bit more in the tank. Great PR Steve
