    Snatches and OH squats 3×5
    Wod – yuck yuck rowing 13:30 I think. 100 Med ball sit-ups with mal after 😉 great work everyone

  2. pre-WOD under 2 minutes – didn’t look!

    Strength – press at 55# and 60#

    WOD – love the rowing 🙂
    13:36 with 30# KB and ring rows for pullups.

    Strength: 80#

    WOD: A big group of us decided to abandon ship and do Helen on dry land (i.e. run 400m instead of row). 10:47 (PR by almost 30 secs)

    Stuck for a little extra work on kipping pullups

    Presses at 55#

    Wod: 12:46 with jumping pull ups

    I’m gonna miss running this winter lol

    Strength: 55#
    WOD: 12:?? – Running, did Russian Style KBS for the last round and Bar Rows throughout – have been feeling a bit sluggish lately, couldn’t handle the pullups today 🙁
