Strength – Front Squat 5x5x1@65%

WOD 

A. Jackie

  • 1000m Row 
  • 50 Thrusters 45/35
  • 30 Pull Ups

B. Jackie 2.0

  • 1000m Row
  • 30 Power Cleans 185/135
  • 10 Muscle Ups (the ones you’re not good at)

  1. Pre WOD: 2:20. I was struggling the whole time to keep up to Jamie-Lynn

    Strength: Front Squats with Phil. We were pushing the envelope of “65%” @155 and then wisely dropped back to 135

    WOD A: 9:09. PR by about 1:10

  2. Had to modify this a bit – shoulder has been funny off and on for a while
    Pre-WOD: Not sure… thinking close to 3 min maybe? Pretty sure Steve and JL finished before me 🙂
    Strength: skipped and tried to deal with shoulder
    WOD: 1000m row, 50 Goblet squats (35#), 30 dips with feet up.

    Why I would choose to sentence myself to goblet squats is beyond me hahaha!
