PreWOD – A. 20 Strict Pull Ups or Scaled Movement

B. Max Kipping Pull Ups (aim for 30)

Strength – Power Cleans 5x5x1@75%

WOD 

A. Three rounds for time of:

  • 500m Row
  • 40 Squats
  • 30 Situps
  • 20 Pushups
  • 10 Pullups

B. Three rounds for time of:

  • 500m Row
  • 30 Pistols alt.
  • 15 Strict Handstand Pushups
  • 5 Bar Muscle Ups

    Pretty annoyed that I can’t remember considering I wanted to do it again in a couple months to track progress haha
