Strength – Squat Clean Thruster 5x1x1 – Work up to a max

WOD

  • Squat Cleans 95/65
  • Pushups
  • Box Jumps 24/20

    Strength: up to 85#… got the 95# squat clean and the 95# thruster but couldn’t quite put them together haha
    WOD: Can’t remember… I feel like it was 10:26 maybe but not 100% sure… Either way this was a burner! Great work everyone!
