    pre-WOD 4:06 for the row; my short legs and I are proud, but we have to coordinate things a little better. 🙂

    Push Press at 75#

    WODA (sort of – did toes to rings instead of situps) = 3 + 7
    My double unders are soooo taxing and time consuming. sigh.

    The wallballs were the best part of today – Char and I are using the 16# next time, right Char?

    Pre-WOD: 4:40 I think? Took a break halfway… don’t know what happened but wasn’t feeling it haha
    Strength: 55-60-65-70-70
    WOD: 5+10 (did GHD sit-ups) – used 14# ball! And it didn’t feel like sh*t! WooHoo! 😛
