Strength – Front Sq 5x5x1@70%

WOD 

A. AMRAP 15 Cindy

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups 
  • 15 Squats

B. 1/2 Chelsea – EMOM 15

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squats

    Strength – 85lbs for front squats
    Wod A/B – 12 + 15 but did the first 6 rounds EMOM and then I was spent haha. Awesome job lunchies 😊

    Strength: Front Squat @165

    WOD A: 12 + 10. Finally stringing together some kipping pullups.

  3. Pre-WOD: rowed and worked on double unders… not sure of the time
    Strength: 75#
    WOD: A/B – did 7 rounds on the minute and then 13+20 overall (ring rows).. Was 1 second away from my 8th round on the minute – hit a wall on the pushups! Great work everyone!!
