PreWOD – 3 rounds 

  • 10 Burpee Broad Jumps 6’/4′
  • 10 Toes 2 Bar

Strength – Bent Over Bar Rows 5x10x2

Torso slightly elevated. BACK STRAIGHT. No Kipping. Strict control of weight



  • Overhead Squats 95/65
  • Burpees



  1. Really liked doing the bent over rows. Worked up to 50#. Could do more next time

    WOD RX: 6:50.
    Haven’t done OHS in awhile. Felt good and bad all together haha

  2. Can’t remember my prewod time? 3:?? But I liked that warmup 🙂
    Loved the bar rows too, feeling them today! Used 55lbs
    Wod – 6:15 rx OH squats are one of my faves so I found the burpees sucked more! Great job everybody!
